Well, I wouldn't say it's a really important topic, but I wanted to talk about it. I wanna start by explaining my whole point.

You might look at it from a perspective where it just became normalized, but we should take another perspective - born when it was already normalized, your opinion would really change.

in this article, let's imagine that there's a country that has

  • Good Sex Education

  • Way less SA ( Sexual Assaults)

  • Public nudity is normalized and not sexualized.

Main concerns might involve something like: Increased SA rates, pregnancy from minors ( which would be a huge problem), and others.

When I started thinking about it, I had these few points on my mind:

Minors could easily get exposed to adult content on the internet, even with all parental restrictions and so on. Usually, minors get exposed to nudity at the age of 11-13

Quoting from Common Sense Media ( 2022 )

"15% said they first saw online pornography at age 10 or younger. The average age reported is 12.
44% have seen it intentionally. Additionally, 58% have seen it accidentally.
71% who said they have intentionally watched pornography reported viewing it in the last week.
Unintentional exposure to pornography could be a common experience for teens, as 63% of those who said they have only seen pornography accidentally reported that they had been exposed to pornography in the past week.
45% felt that online pornography gives helpful information about sex."

In conclusion, we have the statistics that show that the average age was 12, which is a really young age considering the current restrictions ( 18+ )

Here comes the whole point, for most of the people ( as for now ), seeing a naked body or extremely revealing clothing in public might be a shock, or else, also, a lot of people might sexualize it. In the countries where sexual education is way better e.g Finland, SA rates might seem way higher, albeit... that can't really be confirmed because another problem could appear: people underreporting SA if it has happened to them, meanwhile, in countries like Poland, people won't report much about it as they will in countries like Sweden, Finland and other countries with better Sexual Education.

In a country where it's normalized to be naked, wear revealing clothing, I don't think sexualization and other things would be such a big problem. I think "self-expression" should be allowed in any way possible and it revealing some explicit parts shouldn't be a big problem, age where you can wear revealing clothing should be discussed too, but I didn't think about it much because of my OCD.
